OK day two. Same as day one pretty much although this was my rest day from the gym. I'm not good at variety for breakfast so I stick with toast and eggs and some kind of fruit. I worked today so I used a meal replacement shake for lunch. And for dinner I had 4oz. Of filet steak. A small potato and salad. Then took my omegaplex. Just waiting on snack time and my cleanse supplement and then bed time!
