Day 1- breakfast

OK so today is day 1. So far I had my spark which I LOVE.
My fiber drink. I have texture issues when it comes to food and drink so this was tough but I added a fruit punch spark packet to it to add flavor and it made it easier to get down. It made it more like a spark smoothie. I think tomorrow I'm going to add my first spark of the day to it and ice and blend it. That'll be awesome!
Then I had eggs and a piece of wheat toast for breakfast. I am stuffed!
