day 1 part 3

Today was fantastic! Tons of energy! I went to the gym twice! I had a great dinner talapia, steamed broccoli, and a very small baked potato. Took my cleanse suppliments. And I'm ready for bed. Tomorrow will be my first challenging day staying on top of my foods and suppliments while I'm working. I shod be fine. I'll take one of my meal replacement shakes just in case I need it for lunch. And I already have some fruits and veggies ready for snacks. It's easy if you plan ahead!
