Day 1 part 2... so I went to the gym... had an AWESOME workout! But then it hits me... I forgot my snack before hitting the gym. And I'm hypoglycemic... oops. So I came home had some carrots while my chicken and green beans were cooking. And a small fruit smoothie (fresh fruit and ice and pineapple juice) to get my sugar back up. Had lunch drank a spark and I'm full of energy and sugar is back on track. I won't do that again! Lol so it's now 1230, I'll have a snack around 2pm. I'm going to rock this challenge!!!!
