Day 19 coming to a close. I hit a plateau earlier in my week. Girls... we hit plateaus all the time thanks to mother nature and water retention. If this happens to you change up your calorie intake. Keep a diary. If you are on the challenge add an extra thrmoplus and bust out some cardio! And I added a dose of cucumber to my snacks because they help flush excess water!!! And guess what happened?! I dropped another 2 lbs! So I'm down 6 lbs now! And last time I checked I lost 4 inches off my waist.
