This phase is where the magic happens! The cleanse is just that. It cleanses your digestive system so when you go into the max phase you get maximum nutrient absorbency. It's a lot of vitamins to take but it's so worth it. I took my vitamins and worked out at the gym for an hour and lost 2 lbs. So it works for sure. The catalyst is a must. It puts a protective coating on your muscles so while the other supplements burn fat the muscles are protected and start using the fat as full and help build lean muscle mass.

I have 3 friends on the challenge
One girl I've known since high school
She's probably 400+ lbs. Congestive heart failure. The last time we checked she had lost 20 lbs during the cleanse phase.
Another friend finished hers she last 10 lbs and 9 inches around her waist.
And a hair client of mine has lost 8.5 lbs and about 4 inches so far

Day 3. Let me tell you... SPARK is a life saver! My maid of honor is in town. We decide late last night to get sushi. I prefer sashimi because I have texture issues. Lol and I'm down because it's packed with omega3. But she insists on a sake bomb.... I feel guilty but OK. So one SB actually made me tipsy. This morning I get up feeling like crap, so I mixed my fiber drink and added my spark to it... I feel fantastic! Wide awake. No more weird tummy. It's just what I needed! Thank you advocare! Lol since then I had a shake for lunch and I'm getting teddy to pack my stuff for dinner at work. I can't wait for the financial freedom so I can do my job for fun instead of bills. My day is coming!

OK day two. Same as day one pretty much although this was my rest day from the gym. I'm not good at variety for breakfast so I stick with toast and eggs and some kind of fruit. I worked today so I used a meal replacement shake for lunch. And for dinner I had 4oz. Of filet steak. A small potato and salad. Then took my omegaplex. Just waiting on snack time and my cleanse supplement and then bed time!

day 1 part 3
Today was fantastic! Tons of energy! I went to the gym twice! I had a great dinner talapia, steamed broccoli, and a very small baked potato. Took my cleanse suppliments. And I'm ready for bed. Tomorrow will be my first challenging day staying on top of my foods and suppliments while I'm working. I shod be fine. I'll take one of my meal replacement shakes just in case I need it for lunch. And I already have some fruits and veggies ready for snacks. It's easy if you plan ahead!
day 1 part 2 24 day challenge
Day 1 part 2... so I went to the gym... had an AWESOME workout! But then it hits me... I forgot my snack before hitting the gym. And I'm hypoglycemic... oops. So I came home had some carrots while my chicken and green beans were cooking. And a small fruit smoothie (fresh fruit and ice and pineapple juice) to get my sugar back up. Had lunch drank a spark and I'm full of energy and sugar is back on track. I won't do that again! Lol so it's now 1230, I'll have a snack around 2pm. I'm going to rock this challenge!!!!

Day 1- breakfast
OK so today is day 1. So far I had my spark which I LOVE.
My fiber drink. I have texture issues when it comes to food and drink so this was tough but I added a fruit punch spark packet to it to add flavor and it made it easier to get down. It made it more like a spark smoothie. I think tomorrow I'm going to add my first spark of the day to it and ice and blend it. That'll be awesome!
Then I had eggs and a piece of wheat toast for breakfast. I am stuffed!
